Raymond's Annual Pink Pallet Jack Auction
At Handling Systems we pride ourselves in giving back to the community and doing what we can to contribute to breast cancer awareness. Whether it be giving back to the research in finding a cure or providing financial assistance to those who have been diagnosed, we support the cause and ask that our customers do so as well.
All proceeds from this year's auction will be split between The Tina Fund and Northwest Hope and Healing.
The Tina Fund was started by Shelly Howell in memory of her sister, Tina Turner, who lost her battle to breast cancer in January 2013. The fund provides grants to individuals and families who are having difficulty meeting expenses resulting from diagnosis of breast cancer or the positive test for BRACA1/BRACA2.
Breast Cancer Angels provides housing assistance, transportation, food, utility payments as well as resources for compassionate and emotional support for women and their families as they go through breast cancer treatment.
Northwest Hope & Healing provides immediate financial assistance to women in the Seattle area who are undergoing breast cancer treatment at Swedish Cancer Institute and who are struggling to meet their basic needs.
